The Den Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are mostly sourced from the Helderberg areas of Stellenbosch and Agter-Paarl. It is rounded off with smaller percentages of the other red Bordeaux varietals (Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Franc en Petit Verdot)
A medium to full-bodied wine with aromas of red and black berries augmented by toasty oak. The wine has a lovely rich mid-mouth texture, a long, fruit-driven finish with fresh acid and soft tannins.
