Collaboration Grenache Noir 2019

Clean as a whistle again. Light and almost fluorescent red colour. Very fine and light, with a subtly smoky and flinty, floral (rose petals!) nose. Juicy, supple tannins, high acidity that suits the red (straw)berries, rose petals and licorice flavors. Spontaneously fermented, 15% whole bunch, matured for 16 months in used French oak barrels. A super fresh & crisp, exciting Grenache. 13,5%
