Gedeelte Wines Sauvignon Blanc 2019

After the grapes have been pressed the juice is moved into temporary tanks for the primary fermentation process to begin. It is then when the "veil" begins to form after a couple of weeks. After a couple of months the wine is then moved to French oak barrels to mature for another several months. This is where our Sauvignon Blanc develops its distinct classic notes.

A charged wine with exotic fruit scents and tomato leaves which are well present. The perfect food companion.
