Dalla Cia Pinot Noir Cultivar Grappa 2015

This limited edition Grappa was obtained by distilling the fermented husks of our maiden vintage of Pinot Noir 2011. Hints of honey, dry fig and a wild strawberry bouquet with a gentle, lingering aftertaste. Only 368 bottles were produced.
