Norah's Valley Cashmere Rosé is a premium non-alcoholic wine made from the best Cinsaut and Blanc de Noir grapes from the Western Cape. Dry, fresh wine with a delicate flavor. It contains 0.3% alcohol, is low in sugar and low in calories. The wine is made to drink immediately. The grapes were brought to the cellar and crushed after destemming. After the conventional low temperature fermentation and winemaking process is completed, the alcohol is removed from the finished wine with no additives and no chemicals, using advanced technology where the wine is passed through a rotating cone at low temperatures in a vacuum. This rosé offers generous notes of freshly cut strawberries, rose petals and the sweetness of cotton candy in the aroma and taste.
