Norah's Valley Silk White 2020 is a premium non-alcoholic wine made from the best Sauvignon Blanc grapes in the Western Cape. This dry wine has a fresh and delicate taste. It contains 0.3% alcohol, is low in sugar and low in calories. The wine is made to drink immediately.The grapes were brought to the cellar and crushed after destemming. After the conventional fermentation and winemaking process is completed, the alcohol is removed from the finished wine with no additives and no chemicals, using advanced technology where the wine is passed through a rotating cone at low temperatures in a vacuum.The aromas are bright fruity, dried pineapple and mango.Delicate and generous with notes of pineapple, winter melon, mango and an under layer of sweet tropical lime. Well balanced and harmonious in the finish.
