Norah's Valley Velvet Red is a non-alcoholic wine made from the Pinotage grape from the Nuy appellation. In French oak wood barrels. The grapes were brought to the cellar and crushed after destemming. After the conventional fermentation and winemaking process is completed, the alcohol is removed from the finished wine with no additives and no chemicals, using advanced technology where the wine is passed through a rotating cone at low temperatures in a vacuum. Aromas of diverse fruit such as cherry, mulberry and blackberry. Delicate, but generous with a slight oak note supporting the fruit. Followed by a beautifully balanced and harmonious finish.
