Invictus Red Blend 2012

On the nose this wine shows intense Merlot-derived black cherry and blackcurrant. The bouquet is layered with wet tobacco leaf & sandalwood notes. The palate shows dark fruit supported by firm, chalky tannins and a core of fresh red fruit and fennel bulb. The finish lingers with savoury, brooding notes of subtle spices.
