Charles Fox Cap Classique Wine Estate is a wine estate in South Africa that specializes in the Cap Classique method and is located in Elgin, Western Cape.

Originally the estate was a fruit farm (33 hectares) with apples, pears and plums. It was purchased in 2005 by Charles & Zelda Fox after their intensive search for a specific and suitable terroir for making Cap Classique wines. Charles is an avid Francophile who believes in following the classic French style of champagne making and the French idea that terroir is important for making quality wines. And that comes to full expression in the sparkling wines they now produce.

In consultation with Paul Wallice, responsible for the vineyards, 6.3 hectares were planted with 10 blocks of vines with the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier. These face northeast and south at an average altitude of 230-300 meters above sea level.
