Collaboration Chenin Blanc 2019

Loire meets SA in this unique Chenin. Much lighter and more delicate than most SA Chenins. Oatmeal, apples, white blossom and a hint of caramel in the nose. Super-pure in the mouth with fresh - though milder than expected - acids and a little bitterness and wild flower honey in the finish. Only 12.5% alcohol. Pressed as whole bunches, spontaneously fermented and matured for 10 months in older French oak.
Pairs well with creamy white cheeses such as Langres, triple-cream or brie - and both before, during and after dinner. "A wine that grows on you", very stylish and elegant, très Chenin Blanc.
