Altydgedacht Sauvignon Blanc 2021

100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from 13-19 year old vines. Cold fermentation with extensive use of reductive winemaking techniques; after fermentation approximately 1 month 2 weeks of lagering on the soft lees prior to blending and bottling. Robust aroma with aromas of passion fruit, gooseberries and fig leaves. Tropical fruit dominates the palate and is accompanied by white pear and citrus; followed by a refreshing finish with some pleasant salt notes.
