Aidan Red 2018

Shiraz, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec & Merlot sourced from vineyards on the sunny northern slopes.
Hand-picked grapes are destemmed and sorted for berries before being batch vinified in small fermentation vats. 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new intriguingly powerful nose with notes of plums, blackberries, blackcurrants and clove. Expressive with intense flavor concentration, with bold but polished tannins and a lingering finish.
